A call is right when the price moved the way it was called, and wrong when it did not. Nothing is scored twice and nothing is revised: a checkpoint is written once, from the price at the hour it fell due, and stands. Fifty per cent is what a coin flip gets.
I take this seriously. Starting next year, I plan to only publicly mention (in blogs, talks, etc) L2s that are stage 1+, with *maybe a short grace period* for new genuinely interesting projects.
