How it works
Paste a link
A post on X, an article, a price, a terms page: anything with an address. Within the minute this site’s own browser opens it and takes the screenshot.
It goes on the blockchain
The picture gets a fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash), and that fingerprint is written into a Solana transaction. From then on the date is stamped by a network nobody here controls. Not even us can change it.
It’s yours
A page with the picture, the date and the fingerprint, that you can keep private or hand to anyone. If the original is ever edited or taken down, your copy still stands. And if you want, it becomes a coin.
Free, or A$9: the difference
A free copy is public. The post or page goes on the record for anyone to see, its words go into a Solana transaction, its screenshot’s fingerprint goes on Solana too, and it becomes a coin. Good for something you want the world to remember.
A screenshot on the blockchain is yours. It goes into a vault only you can see until you choose to share the link, and it comes with everything a stranger needs to check it without trusting this site:
- The full-page picture, exactly as it was served
- Its SHA-256 fingerprint, so any copy can be checked against it
- The Solana transaction carrying that fingerprint, with the date
- Private by default. Share the link when you decide to
Why believe it
Nothing here asks you to trust this site. Each one is checkable without us.
- The picture has a fingerprint
- Every screenshot is hashed with SHA-256 and the hash is printed on its page. Download the picture, hash it yourself, compare. One changed pixel gives a different answer. See one →
- The date is not ours to set
- The fingerprint is written into a Solana transaction, and the signature is on the page. Look it up in any block explorer that has never heard of this site and read the date off the chain.
- We keep going back
- Every saved post is checked again every few hours. When one stops being public, it is listed as gone, with the copy. If it comes back, it comes off the list the same day.
- A picture is not a fact
- A screenshot proves what a page served at a moment. It does not prove the page was telling the truth, or who wrote it. If you are the author and want something off here, the terms have the path and it works.
